1. Mr. Alex Sacerdote, USA, has informed us as per section 21 (1) WpHG that
on July 28, 2011, his share of voting rights in XING AG, Hamburg, Germany
exceeded the threshold of 3% of voting rights and now amounts to 3.02%
(162,930 voting rights) on that day. These voting rights are attributable
to him pursuant to § 22 (1) sentence 2 in connection with sentence 1 No. 6
WpHG. Of those voting rights, 2.73% (147,267 voting rights) are also
attributable to him pursuant to § 22 (1) sentence 2 in connection with
sentence 1 No. 2 WpHG.
2. Whale Rock Capital Management LLC, Boston, USA, has informed us as per
section 21 (1) WpHG that on July 28, 2011, its share of voting rights in
XING AG, Hamburg, Germany exceeded the threshold of 3% of voting rights and
now amounts to 3.02% (162,930 voting rights) on that day. These voting
rights are attributable to it pursuant to § 22 (1) sentence 1 No. 6 WpHG.
3. Whale Rock Flagship Fund LP, Boston, USA, has informed us as per section
21 (1) WpHG that on August 10, 2011, its share of voting rights in XING AG,
Hamburg, Germany exceeded the threshold of 3% of voting rights and now
amounts to 3.22% (173,630 voting rights) on that day. These voting rights
are attributable to it pursuant to § 22 (1) sentence 1 No. 2 WpHG.
4. Whale Rock Capital Partners LLC, Boston, USA, has informed us as per
section 21 (1) WpHG that on August 10, 2011, its share of voting rights in
XING AG, Hamburg, Germany exceeded the threshold of 3% of voting rights and
now amounts to 3.33% (179,423 voting rights) on that day. These voting
rights are attributable to it pursuant to § 22 (1) sentence 2 in connection
with sentence 1 No. 2 WpHG.
