On 31 August 2010, Webasto AG, Stockdorf, Germany, has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting
rights in systaic AG, Düsseldorf, Germany, ISIN: DE000A0JKYP6, WKN: A0JKYP,
have gone below the 3% limit of the voting rights on 25 August 2010 and now
amount to 2.56% (this corresponds to 370,000 voting rights out of
14,460,747).
