Princess Private Equity Holding Ltd received the following Voting Rights
notifications according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG on February 8,
2012.
(1) On February 8, 2012, Mr. David Abrams, USA has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
Princess Private Equity Holding Ltd., St. Peter Port Guernsey, have
exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on February 7, 2012 and on
that day amounted to 3.01% (this corresponds to 2093045 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.01% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2093045 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr. Abrams in conjunction with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 2 WpHG.
(2) On February 8, 2012, Abrams Capital Management, LLC, Boston,
Massachusetts, USA has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of
the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Princess Private Equity
Holding Ltd., St. Peter Port Guernsey, have exceeded the 3% threshold of
the Voting Rights on February 7, 2012 and on that day amounted to 3.01%
(this corresponds to 2093045 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.01% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2093045 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Abrams Capital Management, LLC in conjunction with Article
22, Section 1, Sentence 2 WpHG.
(3) On February 8, 2012, Abrams Capital Management, L.P., Boston,
Massachusetts, USA has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of
the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Princess Private Equity
Holding Ltd., St. Peter Port Guernsey, have exceeded the 3% threshold of
the Voting Rights on February 7, 2012 and on that day amounted to 3.01%
(this corresponds to 2093045 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.01% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2093045 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Abrams Capital Management, L.P.
