DE000A0F6MD5, WKN: A0F6MD, fell below the 5% threshold on January 24, 2012,
and amounted on that day to 4.76% of the voting rights (2762673 voting
rights). No other voting rights are attributed to Eton Park Master Fund,
Ltd. pursuant to sec. 22 of the WpHG.
Eton Park Overseas Fund, Ltd., Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, informed us
pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG on January 31, 2012, that its
percentage of voting rights in Praktiker AG, Kirkel, Germany, ISIN:
DE000A0F6MD5, WKN: A0F6MD, fell below the 5% threshold on January 24, 2012,
and amounted on that day to 4.76% of the voting rights (2762673 voting
rights). Of these voting rights 4.76% (2762673 voting rights) are
attributed to Eton Park Overseas Fund, Ltd. pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1
sent. 1 No. 1 of the WpHG. Voting rights that are attributed to Eton Park
Overseas Fund, Ltd. are held via the following entity which is controlled
by Eton Park Overseas Fund, Ltd. and which is a shareholder holding 3% or
more of the voting rights in Praktiker AG:

A0F6MD, fell below the 5% threshold on January 24, 2012, and amounted on
that day to 4.76% of the voting rights (2762673 voting rights). Of these

from Eton Park Master Fund, Ltd. Eton Park International LLP is a
sub-mandated investment advisor to Eton Park Master Fund, Ltd., which is a

sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG on January 31, 2012, that its percentage of
voting rights in Praktiker AG, Kirkel, Germany, ISIN: DE000A0F6MD5, WKN:
A0F6MD, fell below the 5% threshold on January 24, 2012, and amounted on
that day to 4.76% of the voting rights (2762673 voting rights). Of these
