1. LaCie S.A., Paris, France, has notified us in compliance with section
21 (1) WpHG that its share of the voting rights in our company
surpassed the thresholds of 3%, 5% and 10% on October 27, 2011 and
reached 11.17% (1.453.320 voting rights) with effect from that date.

DIVERSITA S.A.R.L., Luxembourg has notified us in compliance with section
21 (1) WpHG that its share of the voting rights in our company surpassed
the thresholds of 3%, 5% and 10% on October 27, 2011 and reached 11.17%
(1.453.320 voting rights) with effect from that date. All of the
aforementioned voting rights are attributable to this company in accordance
with section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG. Voting rights of the following
shareholder - whose proportion of the voting rights in Loewe AG amounts to
3 percent or more - are attributable to it:

LaCie S.A., Paris, France

Mr. Philippe Spruch, France, has notified us in compliance with section 21
(1) WpHG that his share of the voting rights in our company surpassed the
thresholds of 3%, 5% and 10% on October 27, 2011 and reached
11.17%(1.453.320 voting rights).
All of the aforementioned voting rights are attributable to him in
accordance with section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG. Voting rights of the
following shareholders - whose proportion of the voting rights in Loewe AG
amounts to 3 percent or more - are attributable to him:

  - DIVERSITA S.A.R.L., 123, avenue du X Septembre, L-2551, Luxembourg

  - LaCie S.A., 33 bd Martial Valin, 75015 Paris, France

Further to these disclosures, the aforementioned persons and companies
have communicated to us the aims of their investment and the source of
the funds required for it as follows:

a) The acquisition was implemented for strategic aims which are not yet
determined but making profits cannot be excluded

b) We do intend, in case of adequate opportunities, to acquire further
voting rights within the next 12 months by acquisition or otherwise

c) We are not looking for a representation in the Supervisory Board of the
Company which reflects our participation but reserve our right to do so

d) We do not intend a substantial amendment of the capital structure of
the Company in particular with respect to the ratio of equity to debt
and the dividend policy.

We financed the acquisition of the voting rights with own funds but are in
the process of financing it with a bank loan.
