(1) Voting Rights announcement of Schroder Investment Management Limited
On January 13, 2012, Schroder Investment Management Limited, London, United
Kingdom, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on CEWE COLOR Holding AG, Oldenburg,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005403901, WKN: 540390, fell below the 3% limit of
the Voting Rights on January 3, 2012 and now amount to 2.997% (this
corresponds to 221175 Voting Rights).
1.076% of these Voting Rights (this corresponds to 79393 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company according to Section 22, Paragraph 1, Sentence 1,
No. 6 WpHG.
1.921% of these Voting Rights (this corresponds to 141782 Voting Rights)
are attributed to the company according to Section 22, Paragraph 1,
