Notification pursuant to Section 26 (1) German Securities Trading Act

This is to announce in accordance with Section 26 (1) clause 1 German
Securities Trading Act that the Company on February 06, 2012, received the
following Notification dated February 06, 2012, in accordance with Section
25 (1) German Securities Trading Act:


1. Dori Media International GmbH, Zurich, Switzerland notified us on
February 06, 2012 pursuant to Section 25 para. 1 WpHG that, on 1 February
2012, by adding (i) the voting rights in Advanced Inflight Alliance AG
which it can acquire due to financial instruments directly held by it and
(ii) the voting rights pursuant to section 21 WpHG, it has fallen below the
threshold of 5 % and holds as of that date 2.93 % of the voting rights
(489,682 voting rights) in Advanced Inflight Alliance AG. Thereof, as of 1
February 2012, the proportion of voting rights which can be acquired due to
financial instruments amounts to 0 % (no voting rights) and the proportion
of voting rights pursuant to sections 21, 22 WpHG amounts to 2.93 %
(489,682 voting rights).

As of 6 February 2012, Dori Media International GmbH holds
pursuant to section 21 WpHG 0.93 % of the voting rights (154,682 voting
rights) in Advanced Inflight Alliance AG.

2. Yair Dori International 2002 Ltd., Tel Aviv, Israel notified us on
February 06, 2012 pursuant to section 25 para. 1 WpHG that, on 1 February
2012, by adding (i) the voting rights in Advanced Inflight Alliance AG
which it can acquire due to financial instruments indirectly held by it and
(ii) the voting rights pursuant to sections 21, 22 WpHG, it has fallen
below the threshold of 5 % and holds as of that date 2.93 % of the voting
rights (489,682 voting rights) in Advanced Inflight Alliance AG. Thereof,
as of 1 February 2012, the proportion of voting rights which can be
acquired due to
financial instruments amounts to 0 % (no voting rights) and the proportion
of voting rights pursuant to sections 21, 22 WpHG amounts to 2.93 %
(489,682 voting rights).

As of 6 February 2012, Yair Dori International 2002 Ltd.
holds pursuant to sections 21, 22 WpHG 0.93 % of the voting rights (154,682
voting rights) in Advanced Inflight Alliance AG.

The voting rights indirectly held by Yair Dori International 2002 Ltd. are
held through its controlled entity Dori Media International GmbH.

3. Dori Media Group Ltd., Tel Aviv, Israel notified us on February 06, 2012
pursuant to section 25 para. 1 WpHG that, on 1 February 2012, by adding (i)
the voting rights in Advanced Inflight Alliance AG which it can acquire due
to financial instruments indirectly held by it and (ii) the voting rights
pursuant to sections 21, 22 WpHG, it has fallen below the threshold of 5 %
and holds as of that date 2.93 % of the voting rights (489,682 voting
rights)
in Advanced Inflight Alliance AG. Thereof, as of 1 February 2012, the
proportion of voting rights which can be acquired due to financial
instruments amounts to 0 % (no voting rights) and the proportion of voting
rights pursuant to sections 21, 22 WpHG amounts to 2.93 % (489,682 voting
rights).

As of 6 February 2012, Dori Media Group Ltd. holds pursuant to
sections 21, 22 WpHG 0.93 % of the voting rights (154,682 voting rights) in
Advanced Inflight Alliance AG.

The voting rights indirectly held by Dori Media Group Ltd. are held through
its controlled entities Yair Dori International 2002 Ltd. and Dori Media
International GmbH.

4. Mapal Communications Ltd., Tel Aviv, Israel notified us on February 06,
2012 pursuant to section 25 para. 1 WpHG that, on 1 February 2012, by
adding (i) the voting rights in Advanced Inflight Alliance AG which it can
acquire due to financial instruments indirectly held by it and (ii) the
voting rights pursuant to sections 21, 22 WpHG, it has fallen below the
threshold of 5 % and holds as of that date 2.93 % of the voting rights
(489,682 voting rights)
in Advanced Inflight Alliance AG. Thereof, as of 1 February 2012, the
proportion of voting rights which can be acquired due to financial
instruments amounts to 0 % (no voting rights) and the proportion of voting
rights pursuant to sections 21, 22 WpHG amounts to 2.93 % (489,682 voting
rights).

As of 6 February 2012, Mapal Communications Ltd. holds pursuant
to sections 21, 22 WpHG 0.93 % of the voting rights (154,682 voting rights)
in Advanced Inflight Alliance AG.

The voting rights indirectly held by Mapal Communications Ltd. are held
through its controlled entities Dori Media Group Ltd., Yair Dori
International 2002 Ltd. and Dori Media International GmbH.

5. Noa M.B. Communications Ltd., Tel Aviv, Israel notified us on February
06, 2012 pursuant to section 25 para. 1 WpHG that, on 1 February 2012, by
adding (i) the voting rights in Advanced Inflight Alliance AG which it can
acquire due to financial instruments indirectly held by it and (ii) the
voting rights pursuant to sections 21, 22 WpHG, it has fallen below the
threshold of 5 % and holds as of that date 2.93 % of the voting rights
(489,682 voting rights)
in Advanced Inflight Alliance AG. Thereof, as of 1 February 2012, the
proportion of voting rights which can be acquired due to financial
instruments amounts to 0 % (no voting rights) and the proportion of voting
rights pursuant to sections 21, 22 WpHG amounts to 2.93 % (489,682 voting
rights).

As of 6 February 2012, Noa M.B. Communications Ltd. holds pursuant
to sections 21, 22 WpHG 0.93 % of the voting rights (154,682 voting
rights)in Advanced Inflight Alliance AG.

The voting rights indirectly held by Noa M.B. Communications Ltd. are held
through its controlled entities Mapal Communications Ltd., Dori Media Group
Ltd., Yair Dori International 2002 Ltd. and Dori Media International GmbH.

6. Mrs Tamar Mozes-Borovitz, Tel Aviv, Israel notified us on February 06,
2012 pursuant to section 25 para. 1 WpHG that, on 1 February 2012, by
adding (i) the voting rights in Advanced Inflight Alliance AG which it can
acquire due to financial instruments indirectly held by it and (ii) the
voting rights pursuant to sections 21, 22 WpHG, it has fallen below the
threshold of 5 % and holds as of that date 2.93 % of the voting rights
(489,682 voting rights)
in Advanced Inflight Alliance AG. Thereof, as of 1 February 2012, the
proportion of voting rights which can be acquired due to financial
instruments amounts to 0 % (no voting rights) and the proportion of voting
rights pursuant to sections 21, 22 WpHG amounts to 2.93 % (489,682 voting
rights).

As of 6 February 2012, Mrs Tamar Mozes-Borovitz holds pursuant to
sections 21, 22 WpHG 0.93 % of the voting rights (154,682 voting rights) in
Advanced Inflight Alliance AG.

The voting rights indirectly held by Mrs Mozes-Borovitz are held through
its controlled entities Noa M.B. Communications Ltd., Mapal Communications
Ltd., Dori Media Group Ltd., Yair Dori International 2002 Ltd. and Dori
Media International GmbH.
