Vtion Wireless Technology AG named a 'China Top Brand' for 2012

Frankfurt, 6 February 2012. Vtion Wireless Technology AG, one of the
leading suppliers of wireless data solutions for mobile computing in China,
has been awarded as a 'China Top Brand' by the Trademark Office for the
State Administration of Industry and Commerce of the People's Republic of
China. This is the highest standing a brand can achieve in the People's
Republic of China.

Recognition as a China Top Brand is achieved through brand awareness, brand
value, business scale and product quality. The Vtion brand has been named
among the 'Top 500 Most Valuable Chinese Brands' by The World Brand Lab
every year since 2007, but 2012 is the first year in which Vtion will enjoy
standing as a China Top Brand. Vtion's two main competitors in the wireless
data terminal space, Huawei and ZTE, have been recognized as China Top
Brands since 2002 and 2009, respectively.

'We take great pride in being recognized as a China Top Brand,' states
Vtion CEO Guoping Chen. 'While we are still a mid-sized company, this
recognition is a testament to our diligent approach to our business, the
quality of our work, and the regard in which our main clients, particularly
China's telecom operators view our brand. This is an important achievement

Vtion will release its preliminary full year 2011 results along with a
guidance for the full year 2012 on Monday, the 13th of February.
