New Orders for TIMARIS Vacuum Deposition Machine Received 

Kahl am Main, February 06, 2012 - SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES (SINGULUS) reports
the order intake for two TIMARIS deposition coating machines.

The two new TIMARIS orders reaffirm SINGULUS' expectations of a favourable
business trend in the work area Nano Deposition. In the past couple of
years SINGULUS had already delivered several machines for nano-coating
technology for MRAM wafer and thin-film read/write heads as well as
additional semi-conductor applications. For these application fields
SINGULUS further develops the engineering and processing technology for
different customer applications to expand its market and technology lead
and in particular to keep the leading position for the soon expected
industrial production of MRAM storage devices.
 
SINGULUS considers itself to be in an excellent starting position for the
upcoming growth market of MRAM wafer.
