OpenLimit Holding AG: Prof. Radu Popescu-Zeletin joins Board of Directors
of OpenLimit Holding AG

(Baar, 18. November 2011) - Univ. Dr.-Ing. Dr. h.c. Radu Popescu-Zeletin
joins the Board of Directors of OpenLimit Holding AG. His election by the
Board of Directors is subject to approval at the next General Assembly of
the Company. Professor Popescu-Zeletin is a highly respected expert in
information and communication technologies. He is Professor at the
technical university of Berlin and director of the renowned Fraunhofer
FOKUS institute for open communication systems in Berlin. As an
internationally accredited expert, Prof. Popescu-Zeletin advises many
companies in the high tech sector as well as national and international
committees and is founder of several companies in the telecommunications
industry. He will support OpenLimit in terms of developing existing
business areas and identifying new opportunities via his vast network of
contacts and business relationships all over the world.
