Kirchheim / Teck, Germany - 1 February 2012 - Dialog Semiconductor (FWB:
DLG), a provider of highly integrated innovative power management, audio
and short range wireless technologies, will hold its Fourth Quarter and
Full Year 2011 earnings call on Wednesday 22 February 2012 at 09.00
(London) / 10.00 (Frankfurt).

The Company's Q4 and FY 2011 financial results will be released at
approximately 06.30 (London) / 07.30 (Frankfurt).

During the conference call, Dr Jalal Bagherli, Chief Executive Officer and
Jean-Michel Richard, Chief Finance Officer and VP Finance, will review
