Delay in completion of two solar projects of systaic AG

systaic AG, Düsseldorf, announces that - as a result of the discussions
with the construction company which is building the solar greenhouses - two
out of four greenhouses which should have been completed within this year
will be completed in 2011 due to delay in construction. The belated
completion causes delay in delivery of the projects.
